Simply Prints

Professionally printed using rigorous quality control process:

• Archive quality prints with chemical photo developing (not ink jet)

Custom Display Prints

All custom prints undergo extra attention:

• Photoshop custom "darkroom" work. Standard work includes "dodge and burn" enhancements adding dramatic effect, minor touchups and blemish removal of temporary marks or cuts. Upon request, I can also do more extensive touchups such as baby acne removal and "glamour" treatment work for adults.
• Image preparation for special printing paper and mounting considerations

Custom print products include:

Display Print – Mounted on 1/8" masonite board ready for glassless framing. We start with a long-lasting archive quality print, treated with a protective lustre coating. Print is then applied to a heavy duty, rigid, eighth-inch thick masonite substrate.  Ideal for glassless framing. You provide the decorative frame. Since the print is mounted, you can eliminate the glass included with most frames, providing higher contrast viewing with minimal glare.

Wall Print – Mounted on 3/4" standout hard foam with black sides, ready for hanging (no frame necessary). We start with a long-lasting archive quality print, treated with a protective lustre coating. Print is then applied to three-quarter-inch standout hard foam product. Print extends right to the edge. Sides have the black hard foam visible. Back includes recessed holes ready for hanging on a wall nail or peg. Finished product is intended to be hung on the wall as is, with no decorative frame.

Canvas Gallery Wrap – Canvas stretched around a 1-1/2" wooden frame, ready for hanging. High quality archival ink is applied directly to canvas, which has a tightly woven texture and slightly glossy appearance. Canvas print is then stretched across and wrapped around a 1-1/2" wooden stretcher frame. Sides are finished with additional image content that wraps around to the back. Back includes finishing paper and mounting hardware, ready for hanging. Intended to be hung as is, without any additional decorative frame.

Occasion and Holiday Cards

You can have one or more of your images added to a custom designed card for special occasions or as a holiday card:

• You pick the photo(s) from your online proof album.
• For folded cards, you choose 3 sides for custom design: 1 photo for front, 1 photo for inside top, and your text greeting for inside bottom.
• For postcards, you choose 1 side for custom design: 1 photo arranged with your text greeting in a custom designed graphic layout.
• Back is blank white with David Bolling Photography logo and name in the corner.
• All cards are 5x7 in size, allowing your recipients to place them in a standard frame. Makes a perfect photo gift.
• Each box contains 24 cards.
• Envelopes are included for both folded cards and postcards.
• Choice of standard semi-gloss card stock, or a linen textured art paper.
• Choice of white or parchment envelopes.

Keep In Mind

• This is an on location shoot.  I will come to your home or other local location of your choosing.  If another location, I will assume you have received prior approval from the owner of the property.
• The session fee pays for the time and talent of the photographer. I will work to get you the shots you want.  Please figure about 2 hours.  The session fee also includes post-processing the image files in Photoshop, which is a time consuming process that involves a technical evaluation of each image, ensuring proper color and exposure, and preparing selected proofs for web display and final printing.
• Selected proofs will be chosen by me based on technical merit.  Typically that means about 20 proofs (sometimes more) from which to choose.

• Cancellations: For cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 72 hours of the appointment time, there will be a charge of 50% of the session fee.
• Returned checks will incur a $40 fee.
